Sharp molecular weight differential characteristics — our synthetic dialyzer has both excellent ß2-microglobulin removal properties and albumin blocking properties, indicating an extremely sharp molecular weight differentiation.
High UFR in the high-filtration range and no decline of UFR over time — hollow fiber membranes usually have a limit point at which the amount of water removal no longer increases, even if the TMP continues to increase. With our Synthetic dialyzer there is virtually no decline of UFR over time.
Experiments, using whole blood, have proven that our synthetic membranes are impermeable to cytokine inducers such as endotoxins.
Sterilization method: dry gamma radiation.
